Payments PayPal is our accepted payment method for purchases (you can also pay using your credit or debit card via PayPal - even without a PayPal account. Using PayPal is fast, easy and secure.)

When paying for your purchases, you are taken to PayPal's Secure SSL Website to complete the transaction and may then choose to use your debit card, credit card, e-check or PayPal account.

At no time are you asked to enter any sensitive or financial information on our site, only your delivery details (name & full postal address) so that we can ship your products to you.

PayPal's business rules are stringent - and achieving "verified business" status means our company financial and banking details are fully registered and verified by PayPal themselves. Your PayPal account or credit card statements will show "PayPal / SSC4Me.com" (our parent company) as the payee.

Your safety and security is very important to us.

RETURNS - Nobody can always make a profit on every item. Sears can't do it, we can't do it, and you can't do it. This is the non sugar-coated reality of buying and selling.

Making a decision to buy merchandise, including blind sample packs, at wholesale prices on the internet, and not being able to "see, touch and feel" it first, is the inherent risk of the retailer, not the wholesaler that sells world-wide. SSC4Me.com has no idea of, or control over the retailers' business model, and is not a partner to the retailer's decisions and risk. Rather than making a return, other alternatives are to sell merchandise at cost or below, sell on ebay, donate to charity and take a tax write off for full retail value (discuss with your accountant).

Returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for us to check in and re-process than filling the original order, and may leave us with unbalanced inventory. Every effort is made to give each item on our website more information/description than found on the manufacurers fact sheet, or what we see on any other website. Colors will vary according to monitor settings.

Unlike other off-price wholesalers, we DO take returns from our Members, not consumers, on qualified items of unsold, undamaged, unworn, unwashed "like new", pristine, SALEABLE merchandise.

We offer the following TWO return privileges.

Plan #1) 100% MONEY BACK refund or credit, on qualified merchandise.

NOT RETURNABLE are: Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's, holiday items and all intimate items and any merchandise that is not factory fresh.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned shoes and electronics.

Allow up to 3 weeks for credit to appear in your account from the day we receive the return.

To qualify for a 100% merchandise refund or credit, please comply with the following 3 steps:

Merchandise must be "received" by SSC4Me.com no later than 18 days after our ship date.

Your authorization number located at the bottom of your invoice (found in "My Account& Orders") must be clearly written under your return shipping label in 1" size.

Print a copy of your invoice (found in "My Account & Orders") and place inside return box with a note requesting a refund back to your payment method, or credit applied to your next order.

The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.

  1. No credit is given for any shipping and handling.

  2. NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc.

  3. All original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.

  4. Merchandise sold by: the dozen, or unit in packages, or displays, must be returned full, not partially sold.

  5. Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.

  6. ANY unsolicited return for ANY reason

                                                               i.      past the expiration date of 18 days after the ship date, or

                                                             ii.      without an authorization number on the box, or

                                                            iii.      without an invoice inside the box

Will be treated as a return as listed below:

Plan #2)  SSC4Me.com  offers an UNLIMITED RETURN PRIVILEGE to our  Members (we do not accept returns from consumers). There is no time limit or expiration date for this return plan. SSC4Me.com will accept returns of any unsold, undamaged, unworn, unwashed "like new", pristine, SALEABLE merchandise. Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items are NOT returnable, nor is any merchandise that is not factory fresh. A return authorization number is NOT required first.

 The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.

  1. There is no such thing as an "even exchange" - a return becomes a credit. Our business model pricing allows for a 50% return merchandise credit to be applied to Member's WMS account to be applied to Member's next order. No credit is given for any shipping and handling.

  2. NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc.

SSC4Me.com reserves the right to edit or withdraw the above privileges at any time, and/or refuse to do business with anyone.
